Quality Assurance
Square corporation ensures that each delivery passes a pre programmed technical check under each steps of the process.
Our in-house quality assurance department inspects 100% of the cargo that we export Four cartons are selected randomly from a lot in a factory and inspected on USTER machinery.
Cartons are inspected physically for any packaging abnormalities.
The fabric is knitted to check the runnability of the yarn on the machine.
Knitted fabric is bleached and dyed in a dark shade to check contamination spots and yarn irregularities.
Final fabric is inspected and approved for dispatch post our QC department’s analysis.
